Nostalrius is an online role-playing game in which thousands of players from all over the world meet everyday. In order to ensure that the game is fun for everyone, EK TECH expects all players to behave in a reasonable and respectful manner. KM TECH reserves the right to stop destructive behaviour in the game, on the official website or in any other part of EK TECH'S services. Such behaviour includes, but is not limited to, the following offences:

a) Insulting names:

Insulting, racist, sexually related, drug-related, harassing or generally objectionable names.
Punishment: alert or account ban (depending on a Gamemaster review).

b) Invalid formats for names:

Names that contain parts of phrases (except alliance names), poorly formatted words or absurd letter combinations.
Names that contain the words that refer to the Staff (e.g. "ADM", "GOD", "CM", "GM", "TUTOR”).
Punishment: alert or account ban (depending on a Gamemaster review).

c) Names that do not match the server rules:

Names that support, incite, announce or imply a violation of the Nostalrius Rules.
Names that advertise brands, products or services of third parties, content which is not related to the game or trades for real money.
Punishment: ban until the player changes his name.

a) Spreading false informations that can cause a population reduction or damage the server reputation.

Punishment: alert or account ban (depending on a Gamemaster review).

b) Offensive statement against Tutors or Staff.
Punishment: alert or account ban (depending on a Gamemaster review).

c) Impersonating a member of the Nostalrius's Team, not being part of it.
Punishment: alert or account ban (depending on a Gamemaster review).

d) Make announcements and accomplishments of "Free Items".
Punishment: alert or account ban (depending on a Gamemaster review).

a) Exploiting obvious errors of the game or any other part of KM TECH'S services
Punishment: alert or account ban (depending on a Gamemaster review).

b) Intentionally exploit the game's weaknesses.
Punishment: alert or account ban (depending on a Gamemaster review).

a) The Help Channel is restricted to clarify doubts. It must be used for any questions regarding: game mechanics, quests, items, addons, accounts, updates, etc. It sure that the channel must be used for questions. Any player who uses the Help for other purposes such as: complaints, discussions, jokes, spam, sales, advertising, etc, will be punished according to the rules.
Punishment: mute, account ban or deletion, depending on how many previous bans the player had: 1, 7, 30 days.

b) SPAM is forbidden: "to send similar phrases in a short period of time".
Punishment: mute, account ban or deletion, depending on how many previous bans the player had: 1, 7, 30 days.

c) Is prohibited any type of disclosure that contains the name of a server that isn't Nostalrius.
Punishment: alert, account  ban of 7 to 30 days or deletion.

a) Is forbidden to block other players from accessing boats and depots.
Punishment: alert or account ban (depending on a Gamemaster review).

b) Is forbidden to block quests in order to harm a third party have free access, if there is evidence of a battle between Guilds, this rule does not apply, it only applies depending on the analysis of a Gamemaster.

a) Manipulating the official client program or using additional softwares that affect Gameplay.
Punishments: 
First Infraction: A 2 days Banishment will be applied and the account will be put on Final warning.
Final Warning Accounts Infraction: Account will be permanently banned without the possibility to remove it.

b) A player's house is your sole responsibility. if you provide access to other players who in order breaks the server's rules, all will be punished.
Punishments: 
First Infraction: A 2 days Banishment will be applied and the account will be put on Final warning.

c) Playing with more than four (characters) per IP Address. Example: 1 Main Character and 3 Makers.
Punishments: 
First Infraction : A 2 days Banishment will be applied and the account will be put on Final warning.
Final Warning Accounts Infraction: Account will be permanently banned without the possibility to remove it. If a suspicious activity is detected under a Proxy Nostalrius staff reserves the right to intervene and apply punishments in order to protect the server from malicious players. (Gamemaster Analysis)

d) Auto Log-Out.
Punishments:
First Infraction : A 2 days Banishment will be applied and the account will be put on Final warning.

Our team does not accept Reports via E-mail, Discord, Facebook, Instagram, etc. The Reports Section will be separated into 2 channels (In game report and Ticket System). In order to get your report checked you will necessarily (NO EXCEPTIONS) have to select the correct channel according to the guidelines below.

Cavebots, Multi Client Abuse, Illegal Trapping of protection zones, Auto Log Outs. These situations will ONLY (NO EXCEPTIONS) be analyzed by a Gamemaster ingame.

Now that you know what infractions you should be reporting from this channel, follow these steps.

1. Open (Control + R) and in a single message state your report. Example (Player XXX Cavebot.  Player YYY Auto Logout) 
2. After your report is made, DO NOT close the report window or Logout. If you do, this the report will be lost.
3. Wait patiently until a gamemaster checks your report and DO NOT spam Public channels such as Help or Trade.

This section is reserved EXCLUSIVELY (NO EXCEPTIONS) to report WAR/PVP situations and Bug Abuses. All other reports must be made on (Control + R) and will be deleted if sent here. In order to have your cam review request analyzed the following requirements are MANDATORY (NO EXCEPTIONS).

1. Send a gif or clip or any recording of the reported action in the ticket.
2. State the TIME and DATE of the reported action in the ticket.
3. The players cam will be analyzed only in the gameplay of 2 minutes before and after the date and time of the reported action.
4. Cam Reports have a 48H Max Deadline in order to apply the punishment. DO NOT spam the staff after your report has been made. Players under investigation may have account transfers and change nickname blocked during the investigation.

1. If a player spams ticket reports and more than 3 consecutive reports are false, punishments will be applied.
2. These players tickets will all be ignored, if the player persists, In game punishments such as Final warning and permanent ban may be applied.

The first Banishment applied by a Gamemaster will result in a 2 days penalty and the account will be put on a final warning and receive the following restrictions.

1. Characters on this account will NOT be able to use any functions on the bazar system (Character sale, character transfer etc) 
2. Characters on this account will NOT be able to change Nickname.
3. Characters on this account will have FINAL WARNING displayed on website plublic information.
4. If a character on this account breaks ANY server rules, a permanent ban will be applied.
5. Characters on this account will receive the following message everytime they log into the game: "Warning: Your account is limited and will be deleted in case of further rule violations!"

Violating or attempting to violate the Nostalrius Rules may lead to a temporary suspension of characters and accounts. In severe cases the removal or modification of character skills, attributes and belongings, as well as the permanent removal of characters and accounts without any compensation may be considered. The sanction is based on the seriousness of the rule violation and the previous record of the player. It is determined at the sole discretion of KM TECH and can be imposed without any previous warning. These rules may be changed at any time. All changes will be announced on the official website.
